Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment by credit or debit card is required at the time of purchase for all individual orders. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout where applicable.

Schools, institutions, and approved organizations may be eligible for Net 30-day payment terms, calculated from the invoice date or upon receipt of the ordered items, subject to approval.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that PO Box addresses are not accepted. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Charges

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Continental U.S. orders over $100.

Orders below $100 are subject to a minimum shipping and handling fee of $8.95, which will be applied at checkout.

Certain items may incur additional shipping charges due to weight, size, or special handling requirements (including freight delivery). Products marked accordingly may require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us for confirmation.

International and overseas shipments are charged based on actual shipping costs. Please contact us directly to request a shipping quotation.

Returns Policy

A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

When requesting a return, customers must provide the original invoice number along with the reason for the return. Once approved, we will issue a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns along with return instructions.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs on overweight or freight items unless the item is defective or was damaged upon receipt.

Refund Policy

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Items sent back without prior Return Authorization will not be accepted for refund.
