Return authorization is required for all returns; items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition; the invoice number and reason for the return must be provided when making the request. Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns and instructions on where to send your package. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs on overweight/freight items unless the item is defective or damaged when received.
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. (PO Box addresses not accepted.) Most orders will arrive within two to five days, depending on transit time to your location. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders will have tracking information sent to customer email. Orders we send direct from other manufacturer's will provide the same.
